Hands up if you had “Global Pandemic” in the potential threats section of your SWOT analysis, when you were doing your business plans at the beginning of 2020?
This interactive session aims to show businesses how factors in the external environment have a direct influence on your business, and how to be aware of what areas can you directly influence, and which do you just have to learn to ride the waves?
This webinar will explore how businesses can use strategic marketing principles to assess the current situation in which they are in and then develop ways in which they can change that situation to grow, turnaround and compete more effectively in their immediate or most attractive marketplaces.
This webinar will provide businesses with a 360-degree view of the business from both an internal and external viewpoint. Leaving them clearer on the opportunities and threats that they can either capitalise on or work out how they get out!
Attendees will get practical examples and advice, with an adequate amount of discussion time, leaving with an action plan they can immediately implement in their business.
