The Property Adviser-in-Residence service provides bookable consultations with experienced inward investment experts, and is open to anyone in the Bristol and Bath city-region.
Companies will have the opportunity to ask questions about the process of finding and securing office space. For example, you might need information about the market, tips on when and how to start your search or insights into what to expect when searching for property in the region.

Their role is to support the regions priorities by promoting Bristol & Bath as the number one location to invest, work and live in. The service is open to all individuals and organisations in the Bristol and Bath city-region, and is not exclusive to Engine Shed members.
The service is available on the last Tuesday of each month – please book a session.

Individuals or groups can book 30 minute slots on specific days with our partners who are nominated by Bristol Property Agents Association and Invest Bristol & Bath.
The in Residence experts are able to provide expert advice during meetings which are open for all businesses to book (not just Engine Shed members).
