Mark Larsen is the Executive Vice President at Cask LLC where he has been a founding contributor. Cask’s passion is to help corporate and government clients use technology and automation to transform the way they work, modernizing the work better environment for their employees, and delivering enhanced services and solutions to their customers. As an entrepreneur, Mark has led the business through tremendous growth over the last 10+ years, Cask currently has more than 200 people providing services to over 50 concurrent engagements with large enterprise and federal customers.
Mark is lives in San Diego with his wife Liz and two sons. He is originally from northern Iowa, was a 4th generation graduate from Iowa State University, and received an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
Ken Hubbs joined Riordan, Lewis & Haden in 2005 and has over twenty years of private equity and growth equity experience. Prior to RLH, Mr. Hubbs worked at Westar Capital, a private equity firm based in Orange County focused on middle-market buyouts. Previously he was a co-founder of General Catalyst Partners, targeting early stage and growth equity opportunities. During this time, Mr. Hubbs was a member of the founding team of Upromise, a rewards network of major brands funding college tuition via rebates. Earlier Mr. Hubbs worked for Kirkland Messina, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, and he began his career in the investment banking division of Smith Barney. Mr. Hubbs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with University Honors from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Chris Pannacciulli is a Senior Vice President for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Within the Global Commercial Bank, he leads the Aerospace & Defense Group’s efforts in the Pacific Southwest covering clients in the aerospace, defense and government services industries. Chris is responsible for delivering the full resources of the broader institution, including strategic advisory, capital raising via bank debt and public markets, treasury solutions, risk mitigation and wealth management.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers University, graduating with High Honors. Additionally, he is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Registered General Securities and Investment Banking Representative with Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
