Business angels bring many benefits. Of course, this includes the liquidity, but also the transfer of practical knowledge and experience, the establishment of network contacts and a constructive-critical as well as a mental support.
In order to be able to successfully acquire business angels, you have to provide a series of advance services as a startup. These must be worked out in a process that has much to do with the business model, market and competitor analysis, strategic alignment, legal setup, financial modeling, startup presentation and communication with investors.
