Our Finance Leadership Programme provides the opportunity for finance professionals to reflect on the soft skills, and develop the knowledge needed to progress their careers and achieve their full potential.

Delivered in partnership with Grant Thornton, this invite-only group aims to introduce a balance of business insight and leadership development within a relaxed and informal environment.

Session 1 – Understanding Corporate Finance Transactions

In this session, Toby Hare from Grant Thornton, will explore Corporate Finance, what you need to know to develop strategies that you need in order to influence stakeholders such as Banks and Lawyers.  There will also be a guest Chief Financial Officer who will share their experience.

About Toby Hare

Toby is a Manager in the Grant Thornton Central and East Advisory team. With experience of corporate finance, fundraising and due diligence deals Toby’s experience includes the sale of Underground Toys to Funko Inc, the sale of London Pathology to HCA International plc, fundraising of a leading food manufacturer and multiple acquisitions for James Fisher plc. Toby has experience of working across a variety of sectors with owner-managed business, listed entities and private equity investments.

Previous to this, Toby worked with the Strategic Leadership Team at Grant Thornton during which time he completed a number of non-core disposals and acquisitions.

Cost

The cost for the programme is £40 + VAT for all 3 sessions or £15 + VAT per session. Pure will donate fees from this programme to Suffolk Mind.
