This is the final talk in a series for Entrepreneurs and Innovators. Join us on March 22 to hear from Jim Thompson as he wraps up his three-part series on Angel Investor Funding.
Jim will delve into the nuts and bolts of writing down the terms of investment. This is a great opportunity to hear from someone who looks at and reviews investment agreements on a regular basis. Jim takes the mystery out of a crucial step in your funding process and offers key insight into writing an agreement that you can be satisfied is a great one for your startup.
Jim Thompson is active in both Washington State and British Columbia as an angel investor, board member and advisor for growth companies. He currently is on the Board of Bellingham Angel Investors. As a director, his primary interest is providing guidance, leadership and governance for early stage companies and NFP (not for profit) organizations.
