Join us to learn more about what it takes to plan for a purchase of an office or program facility.
Attendees will learn how to best prepare for working with funders and lenders and will receive an overview of the different types of loan and grant programs available for community facilities.
We will discuss the alphabet soup of community facility financing — NMTC (New Markets Tax Credits), CDBG (Community Development Block Grants), PRI (Program Related Investments), and more.
