Our ‘Advocacy Awareness for Students’ webinar is aimed at Further and Higher Education students, studying health and social care courses in Lancashire-based institutions.
As the provider of statutory adult advocacy services in Lancashire, we are perfectly positioned to help you to better understand what advocacy is, why it is important and how we support people. We will also discuss the importance of health & social care professionals understanding advocacy and knowing how to refer to our services.
This webinar is being provided free of charge to health & social care students on placement, as part of our ongoing commitment to raise awareness of our service within the communities we serve. If you wish to make a donation to our charity, every penny is appreciated and will be invested straight back into helping people access advocacy support. You can give here.
Please ensure you use your institution’s email address to sign up (e.g. email@example.com). Bookings made using personal email addresses (e.g firstname.lastname@example.org) will not be admitted into the session.
